An update from Select Home Delivery Service regarding our ongoing support throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

We understand how important it is that you continue to receive the products you need and we would like to reassure all customers we have sufficient stock and are committed to maintaining the same service levels you have come to expect from us.

There has been an increase in the volume of calls we have been receiving, so if you find yourself waiting a little longer than usual please be patient or leave us a message.

We know you may be concerned about running out, but there is no need to change how often you order your products or to order more than you normally would. Our team are still able to obtain prescriptions from GPs, even if they are not open for appointments. If you have not done so already, we would encourage you to register for the Electronic Prescription Service which can speed up the process. Our delivery partner, DPD Local will continue to deliver your products as normal. However, they will no longer ask you to sign their handheld units on delivery, instead their driver will sign on your behalf.
