Select Home Delivery Service: Covid-19 Update

At Select Home Delivery we are here to support our clients and healthcare professionals throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Using Select makes it quick and easy to order essential continence products without needing to visit a GP or pharmacy in person.

In order to protect our warehouse staff, our customer care team have been working from home but our phoneline remains open as usual. Should you need to order products please call on 0800 783 7027 (or 0800 124 4228 if you are a Navina user). In addition to our phoneline, you can also contact us via email at select.uk@wellspect.com.

In most cases your products will be delivered the next working day, following the receipt of a prescription. Our couriers have also adapted to regulations around social distancing, so you will no longer need to sign for your delivery.

Should you require additional assistance our nursing team are also available via telephone or video chat. Should the need for a home visit arise, the nursing team may also be able to support and will arrive with adequate PPE to ensure that the visit is carried out safely.
